Non-Dairy Ranch Dressing

Ranch dressing is used on many items in our family, not just salads.  I prefer to use it for a veggie dip.  I hope you enjoy it.


1/2 teaspoon dried chives

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed (I did a “generous” teaspoon – I scooped but didn’t level – it was extra dilly & yummy)

1/4 generous teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 generous teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

pinch thyme

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup plain non-dairy yogurt (I used Follow Your Heart)


Combine spices & grind a couple of times in a spice grinder.  Combine mayonnaise & yogurt; whisk in ground spices & mix well.  Refrigerate any leftovers.  It it is too thick, drizzle a tablespoon of coconut milk (boxed, not canned) at a time until it is the consistency you desire; adjust seasonings as needed.


For a vegan option, use Follow Your Heart vegan mayonnaise.
