Cheeze Tray for Holiday Celebrations

When I was researching recipes for Thanksgiving, I was intrigued by cheese trays for appetizers.  After some research, I created a non-dairy version.  The best part of this “recipe” is that there are so many options to customize.  This is also a great recipe to share non-dairy cheeses with those who have never tried it before.



The Cultured Kitchen’s Cashew Reserve Smokey Chipotle

Chao Tomato Cayenne

Chao Creamy Original

Pumpkin Cheese Ball using Tofutti Cream Cheese & Daiya Cheddar Shreds

you could also use any of Follow Your Heart’s cheeses or your favorite homemade cheeses


Nuts (if no allergies):



Smoked Almonds



Cranberry-Almond Pear Chutney (recipe here)

Chocolate Fudge

the “original” Chimes Toasted Coconut Hard Toffee with Sea Salt



Ritz, Saltines, Multi-Grain, etc.



thin sliced smoked turkey

turkey pepperoni

smoked salmon/lox




dried apricots


Arrange all items on a wooden cutting board or serving tray; serve immediately.
